  The location is spectacular but the hotel leaves much to be desired. It may have once been a four star hotel but certainly not at the time of writing this review. If you are intending to spend all of your time on the water or hiking then you may be justified selecting this hotel. However, if you can't or don't want to do these things the area and hotel offers very little. There are no grocery stores nearby so unless you purchased supplies before travelling to the location, the only option you have for food is the hotel restaurant, which is overpriced. The pool needs to be drained, scrubbed and resurfaced. Some of the hotel staff need customer service training.
  
  The rooms are acceptably clean but only free-to-air television is available. WiFi is provisioned by a third party and is not free - the quality of the data signal is inconsistent making streaming services difficult to watch on mobile devices due to buffering.
  
  If you choose to stay here just know what you are getting yourself into. The things listed here may not be an issue for some but they are for my wife and I.
